Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Origin Um Ihnen die besten Preise zu bieten, versenden wir einige Produkte direkt vom Hersteller, teilweise aus Asien.

2. Delivery Countries We ship worldwide. Please note that some countries may incur additional customs duties or delivery delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping (Free): We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

• Tracked Shipping (optional): For certain products or upon customer request, tracked shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be shown during checkout.

4. Delivery Time The average delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. In exceptional cases (e.g., customs, holidays), longer delivery times may occur.

5. Customs and Import Fees For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, USA, Canada), customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If available, it will include a tracking number.

7. Delivery Delays We are not liable for delays caused by customs, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
